Complaints
According to the Law on Consumer Protection ("Official Gazette of RS", no. 62/2014, 6/2016, 44/2018 and other laws), according to Article 28, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days, without giving reasons and additional costs, except for the costs from Article 35 of this law:

The consumer bears only the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the seller has agreed to bear them or if he has not previously informed the consumer that the consumer is obliged to pay them.

The consumer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the goods that occurs as a result of handling the goods in a way that is not adequate, i.e. exceeds what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Practically speaking, you advertise the order if the package is damaged or if you have changed your mind for some reason. We have enabled you to see all the preparations in real pictures, often with a picture of the product declaration on the back or side of the product. We guarantee that you will always receive exactly the product you ordered, in the quantity you ordered.
If, even after everything, non-conformity is observed, the Consumer has the right to demand from the Seller the elimination of non-conformity, the replacement of the product with a new one, or simply a complaint and refund.
